Question PC boot, turn off then turn on again on it's own (loop)

Hello, when i'm booting my pc with the monitors connected, my pc is restarting endlessly until i disconnect the monitors cable from my pc then it boot normally like nothing happens and i have just to reconnect the monitors like 10-15 sec after the pc booted.

I checked the monitors and graphical card drivers and everything seems to be updated so i don't have a clue where the problem is from.

The problem with speccy or the link you've included is that the make and model of the PSU as well as it's age are missing not to mention the make and model of your chassis.

I would suggest updating the BIOS to the latest version gradually.

Hey thanks for you answer, i can't acces the bios since the keyboard is not working unless i'm in desktop so i don't know how i can solve this.
