I am having an issue with my PC powering on by itself. I'm relatively sure it started happening ever since I picked up the new Razer Mamba Chroma wireless but I can't be sure.

I shut down my PC and if I move my mouse the PC will power back on as if I put it to sleep. If I put the mouse on the charger while its shutting down, the PC will just power on later in the day/night.

I've turned off allow mouse to wake PC from sleep and disabled LAN.

System:
Intel i7 5820K OC'd to 4.5ghz
MSI X99 Godlike Motherboard
Hyper X DDR4 2200 32GB RAM
EVGA P2 1200 PSU
GTX 980TI

CPU and GPU are on water. Single PETG loop with EK blocks, D5 pump and Bitspower res.

I also get a reference memory error when I shut down occasionally but mem88 revealed no issues with my RAM. I think it's a Windows 10 64bit bug which is my OS if that matters at all.

Any help is much appreciated with either issue. Thanks.

With memtest86 you'll need to run it for 10 passes before declaring the kit error free. Seeing that you've stated that your OS is Windows 10, is this installation based off the free upgrade path or a licenced installation? Have you made sure your BIOS and chipset drivers are up to date? Rule out your OS's corruption by performing repair install and also disabling automatic device driver updates and then uninstall Razer's synapse before reinstalling it.
