PC Booting issue, I need help

2 days ago I got a new keyboard and moved my set up around a small bit, then when booting my computer got stuck on a black screen with a white underscore, I restarted and got it to boot but now it gets stuck on this screen for about a minute every time before it boots. Plus there's also a noticeable drop in fps in games since this happened. I got this PC used a couple weeks ago and its ran great until now. I tried trouble shooting on my own but haven't had any luck, I think it could be something with my ssd, but I tested it and it shows healthy yet my user benchmark shows its preforming below average.

Ive overclocked the gpu and cpu maybe a week ago and never had any problems until just now

Make sure SSD is trimmed.
Make sure SSD is in a 3.0 slot.
Make sure RAM is set to XMP, or is set to a decent speed.

So I went into optimize drives and made sure trim was on for my SSD and made sure my memory was set to 1600, I don’t think I can set an XMP profile on my Asrock 970 pro 3. Still getting the boot issue, one thing I noticed is that the boot time is a bit shorter when my keyboard is unplugged

Maybe try a BIOS update and see if that clears it up. Just be careful and make sure you follow the instructions exactly as the manufacturer specifies.

BIOS is up-to-date, still having the issue. Is it possibly my SSD is just getting old?

Tried disconnecting the HDD and still got the issue, ended up wiping the SSD and reinstalling Windows which fixed the boot issue but my SSD is still writing very slow at about 120mb/s. Tomorrow Im gonna buy a new SSD and see if that fixes the issue.

I'd go for a Samsung drive. But I'd make sure the SATA is set to ACHI.

It is set to ACHI, ended up getting another SanDisk SSD simply because it was quite a bit cheaper than the Samsung. I might just return it and get the Samsung anyway

so I installed the new ssd and reinstalled windows, now the ssd is working fine but the boot delay is back and It again is way longer when my keyboard is plugged in, when unplugged its about 1 second vs 20
