Question PC booting issue

My PC has been having trouble booting for around the week. It turns on for a second and then shuts off immediately.

Things I've tried:
1: Resetting the CMOS
2: Replacing the ram sticks with new ones
3: Replugging GPU, motherboard, and CPU power cables
4: Switching around where the ram sticks go on the motherboard
5: Trying 1 ram stick

At first, I noticed that it boots without the ram fine so I got brand new modules. It worked for a few hours but then stopped again.

I don't know what to do now and appreciate any help.

Rtx 2070 wf3
Ryzen 7 2700x
ASUS PRIME X470-Pro
Corsair vengeance pro 16 Gb 3000
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240R
Cooler mater master watt 750 80 PLUS gold

what Power supply are you using?

is the ram single stick? any other ram to try with? any other psu to try with?

Can be psu,but does it turn on without immidiately turning of when taking the RTX out?
I know you won't have an image,but it might make something clear,that it might be psu or maybe gpu.
