PC booting problem. No display

Hey. So i have this boot problem with my pc so it happened when i was playing gmod and it suddenly froze, i couldnt do anything what so ever. So it sat like that for a while but then i decided to just power off the computer and i also pressed the power reset button aswell and when i turned it on again i wasn't getting any picture at all but the fans where going and it all seemed to be powered. Ive had this problem for a while now and i'm quite desperate right at this point so if anyone has a solution or any advice please do share thanks in advance!

Prebuilt computer or homebuilt?

If prebuilt, list model and any changes you have made.

Its a homebuilt pc
Specs:
Cpu: fx 8350
Gpu: MSI Gtx 760 2gb
Ram: 8GB
Power Supply: Corsair VS550
Mobo: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
OS: Windows 10

P.s Forgot to add that i've temporarily changed the mobo and cpu and it works but theres a botteneck. So i asume it must be the cpu or mobo in some way. but its weird that it just suddenly broke down like that.

Have you done a fresh install of Windows? You need to do this when you change the motherboard.
