PC booting up but not able to boot up bios setup.

So i am new to the pc scene so i really dont know what to do at this point ive looked it up and came with no luck is any body able to help me.

The thing thats happening is when i start up my pc i try and click F12 so i can go into the bios and overclock my cpu but with no luck i am not able to open up the bios and just boots the pc. I've tried different keys to press and it still doesn't work. I've even tried taking the bios battery out and that doesn't work. So if anyone can come up with an idea to help me that would be great.

My Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 R2
Ram: DDR3-1600
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 710 1GB
CPU: AMD FX-6300
I don't know the PCU but if you need me to i can link the pc i got it is a pre built one and i haven't upgraded it so everything i have in it is the regular things the pc comes with.

That board is not built for overclocking. It only has a 4+1 power phase design. Don't bother.

ok but is there anyway i can fix the bios problem?

Have you tried pressing delete key as it's booting.

Yeah i have multiple times but it still doesnt work
