Question PC bootloop no post

Hello everyone,
My system is stuck in a bootloop and doesn't post. I'm 99% sure it's down to the CPU.

Specs:
Ryzen 3 3100 (Athlon 3000G)
AsRock B450M Steel Legend
Sapphire Nitro+ RX580
Corsair G550M
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 4x4GB@2667mhz
Deepcool Gamaxx GTE V2 White

The system runs fine with the Athlon in it, I needed this to update the BIOS. The BIOS is on version 2.90 now. I've also already checked the CPU for bent pins.
When it ran with the Athlon the LEDS on my keyboard turned on, this didn't happen when running it with the Ryzen.
Hope someone here can help me out!

You need a 2000 series cpu to upgrade the bios on the board. Try to borrow one from a friend or contact AMD and they have a kit they will send you to upgrade the board.

The BIOS has already been updated with the Athlon...
