Question PC bootloops before beep, even without RAM installed ?

I have used my PC for a long time and now it's not working. It bootloops before even showing anything even without the RAM installed ?

The system won't POST without ram. You're going to need Ram, CPU hooked to the motherboard and if it has an iGPU, you'll get a display, showing you that a boot device is missing. This doesn't prevent you from going into BIOS, however.

Now the issue is I can't really access the BIOS because it won't even POST, it's just bootlooping and there are no beep codes ?

Also, can it be caused by the BIOS itself ?
