[SOLVED] Pc boots 3-4 times before actually booting into windows

I built my pc over the summer and have had this issue since the beginning. The computer runs fine it’s just an inconvince inconvenience and takes longer then it should to boot.

Specs:
CPU: intel core i9 9900k at 3.60 ghz
Gpu: Asus Rog strix 2080 ti
Mobo:

GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS XTREME LGA 1151 (300 Series

Ram: 32 gb of Corsair vengeance pro at 3200 MHz
Boot drive: Samsung 970 evo 500 gb
Main drive: Samsung 860 evo 2tb
Os: windows 10 home 64 bit
