Hi there, I have pretty much described the issue in question. I have Gigabyte B550 Aorus elite motherboard and gkill memory with xmp enabled at 3000 MHZ. I asked about this issue to gigabyte support and they told me not to unplug the computer or cut of the power to psu for long time. Is there any technical issue related to xmp and power cycle reset or power draining age etc? Like no power will reset some values and it will cause issues with memory timings or voltage etc when I turn on the pc with xmp enabled. Thats why it takes time to turn on the pc again.
