PC boots and fans spin but no signal displayed on screen

I've been searching for an explanation for this for months and notging is helping.. I recently spent around $900 on parts for a gaming rig and it completely boots up, all of the lights and fans work, but it displays no signal on my monitor. I've tried hitting the delete key, f12, I had my graphics card returned and exchanged, I bought a new PSU, and yet I still get the no signal pop up... Any help would be great... It will run all night but there's no display ..
