PC boots but wont post

i just built my pc it powers on and there isnt any errors from what i can tell but it wont post i tried hdmi and vga also the anything i plug into usb works as well, i dont have a gpu yet waiting for it to come in next week
my specs:
AMD Ryzen 1600
MSI B350 Tomahawk
WD Blue 1tb
EVGA 650w
Phanteks p400 TGE
Crucial Ballistix 16gb ddr4 ram

Ryzen CPU does not have iGPU build in so you need a separate graphic card to display. Good news is you just have to wait.
