PC boots for 2-3 secondes then shuts down

hi i have this problem and tryed everything but today i did hhd tune test and saw this

can this cause that? and do i need to replace it?

Looks like your HDD is overheating, probably a bad bearing creating too much heat. Replace the hard drive.

is this the problem why my computer boots up and after 2-3 seconds my pc shuts down

Probably, it could be something else like the power supply but given the information at hand I would say its the hdd.
