PC boots for 30 seconds then restarts

built a new computer, turned it on for 30 seconds and it restarted and looped. I put the memory sticks in the recommended slots, replugged wires, grabbed the gpu and reput it in. Same problem, i need help

Try with each stick of DRAM individually
