Download CPU-Z and install. Click on the SPD tab. You will see listed a set of JEDEC timings and XMP timing along with voltage. Write those down or take a pic with your phone.
Boot to BIOS and set the timings manually. I would suggest starting low (higher than the 2133) and see if it will boot. If so, move up to the next faster setting, and so forth until it boots back to BIOS. At that point either go back to the next slower timing that worked, or attempt to relax those latency (and so on) timings to see if you can get it to boot. Keep in mind that higher frequency can be offset by higher latency and become a wash.
It is also not unusual to be able to search your specific RAM kit to see if others have timings that have (manually) worked for them.
