pc boots into repair mode

so a little background here, I was in the process of buying more ram and was wondering which ram & timings i had so i took out both sticks and moved them to the 1st and 3rd slot ( was seeing if my cpu cooler interfered with it).

Now what I did not know is i didn't fully insert the ram into the slot fully, I fixed it after i saw that I only had 4gbs of ram. After doing that i rebooted my pc once again and it brought me to the windows repair mode automatically.

Here is what my disk management looks like (if it is a hard drive problem)




 
I have a error code display on my mother board.

I went into bios to look at which hard drive windows booted off of and i found out it was booting off of my old hard drive. I changed it to my current hard drive and windows is working fine now.
