PC boots + makes single beep but no display

hello.

Got a brand new, mobo, CPU and RAM.
The PC boots up and makes a single beep noise however i have no display. I tried 3 different monitors, onboard graphics, GPU graphics and till nothing. The PC stays on and idles but i cannot see any display.

Does anyone know what could be happening?

Celeron G3900
Biostar TB250-BTC Ver. 6.x
G.Skill F4-2400C15S-4GVR Ripjaws V 4GB
and a 350 PSU
