So recently I changed some settings on my overclock (2600k) and my PC after 2 days when I was in the windows froze ( no bsod) so I did turn it off and then turning it on back game me bios freeze.

After the freeze on bios the monitor signal cuts off..

What should I do?

Thanks in advance. Any fast response is appreciated.

Try unplugging the Hard drive and booting. Failing drives (or other devices) can cause the bios to hang while it tries to decipher what device it sees.
If this fails, remove everything but the cpu, memory, and power supply and run the test again. This should result in a No boot device found" or something similar. If it does not, remove all the ram and try again, which should result in a series of beeps. If no beeps, try one stick at a time in each of the ram slots, restarting the system each time.
If ALL this fails, it's a bad drive, or less likely, the CPU.

Will try these tommorow.

I tried resetting the cmos, removing one slot of ram.
Tried taking off all of the drives, same thing stuck at bios (now after restarting one time).
Only thing a can know and press while stuck on bios is control alt delete (which just restarts the bios) - still stuck..
