PC boots on then restarts after a few seconds

Hi, my pc was running fine and I decided to upgrade my cooler master 212 Evo to a noctua nh-d15, however it would keep restarting when I booted it. I have now gone back to my cooler master 212 Evo and it still resarts when I try to boot it.

PCs specs:
Gigabyte z97p-d3
Cooler master 212 Evo
i5 4690k
Cosair CX500
16GB HyperX Fury
Asus Nvidia 960
1tb western digital
2tb western digital
120gb Sandisk SSD

Hi there Ben_95,

Does your system restart right after it boots up or after some time? Are there any error/beeping codes?

You can start with double checking the connection and the cables.
In case the issue persists, I believe you will need to do a BIOS reset: http://www.wikihow.com/Reset-Your-BIOS

Even if this does not solve the issue, you need to try running the system with the bare minimum, which means: only one stick of RAM, only your SSD, take out your GPU. If this sorts the issue out, you can try adding one component at a time. That way, you can narrow down the possible cause.
