Question Pc boots relatively slow

Ok so I installed my new pc yesterday and I installed windows on ssd , but yet the pc is stuck like 20 seconds in the motherboard opening screen and only then it loads windows , my old pc was much worse but had an ssd too and the boot was quicker ..

my specs :
Cpu : i5 9600kf
Gpu : Rtx 2060 6gb oc
Motherboard : Asus tuf z390 pro gaming
Ram : hyperx 2X8GB 3200mhz
Ssd : Sandisk 240gb
Hdd : WD 1TB
Psu : Seasonic 650w gold core series
