Question Pc boots then turns off and repeats

Motherboard- ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero (Wi-Fi)
PSU- EVGA 750W GQ Gold
CPU- Core i7-8700k
CPU Cooler- DEEPCOOL Captain 240EX AIO
RAM- Corsair Vengence LPX 2x8GB
Memory- WD Blue 6TB 5400 RPM Class
Fans- Corsair ML140 Pro, Corsair Air Series AF140x2, Corsair Air Series AF120


I have just finished putting together my new pc and turned it on. At first nothing happened with the motherboard except for the LEDs turning on and cycling through colors. When I pressed start nothing at all happened. Then the next day this started to happen - Link to video of pc starting and stopping

It seems to be stuck in a loop trying to boot itself but I could be wrong. This is my first build and I dont know much about computers. I've already checked if all of the plugs were secured and I've placed the ram in different spots and tried only one stick of ram but the results were the exact same. I've already talked to asus component support and they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it. I'm hoping someone can help me with this.

It could be a bad PSU. Do you have one spare from another PC that you might be able to test?

No I don't unfortunately.

Ok, well your problem sounds very much like a bad PSU. You should get into contact wherever you bought it and see if you can return it, or if you have a manufacturer warranty, contact EVGA themselves.
