Question PC boots up automatically as soon as the power is switched on at the wall socket ?

As title says, PC boots to a black screen, I then hold down power button PC then boots to "RTC is reset: Bios setup default has been loaded" I choose "continue" PC then boots to desktop.
Can anyone help me get rid of this please?

Have you tried replacing the CMOS battery with a fresh cell? Seems to me like you have a grounding issue or worse a bad wiring in your abode, apart from having a sub par PSU.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I have a Dell Inspiron all in one PC and would not be able to try the suggestion you make as I'm not very techie, so it is beyond me.

Will remember to add system specs if I post ant more queries.
