Question PC boots up but monitor goes into power save mode

Ok so I just replaced my cpu thermal paste and now when I boot the pc the monitor goes into power save mode. The PC boots up and everything seems to be working fine. I didn’t have this problem before replacing the thermal paste. I tried changing the HDMI cable, put the HDMI cable in my integrated GPU, tried the pc on my TV and removing the ram and putting it back on and nothing works..

Specs:
Ryzen 3 2200g
RX 580 8gb
AsRock AB450 pro4
Kingston DDR4 2666mhz dual channel
Be quiet System Power 9 600w
Samsung evo 960 260gb SSD
And I have no idea the exact monitor model but it’s ThinkVision

It’s not modular. Unplugged and checked every cable and they seem fine
