Hi !
When I turn on my PC it boots up like normal. CPU fans and GPU fans are spinning. But there is no display on the monitor. This started happening when I tried changing my PSU as it was not able to provide sufficient power. Well after changing the PSU this started happening and I put my old PSU back on and the same thing still happens. I tried removing my GPU and connecting the VGA cable directly to my motherboard. Re-inserted the RAM. Resetted my BIOS by removing the battery.Checked the monitor and cable with my laptop. Can anybody provide a solution for this problem?

My PC Specs (A pretty old PC) :
CPU : AMD A4-5300 APU
GPU : Nvidia GTX 650 (Gainward)
RAM : 4 GB (Kingston Hyperx Blu)
Motherboard : MSI FM2-A55M-E33
Monitor : Dell S2216H

Solution
I fixed it. I just removed the RAM and placed it in the other slot. Seems like the slot it was in stopped working. So that fixed it. And thank you for the answers guys!
Seems pretty basic, but: Have you checked all connections from and to the PSU? Not only the ones going to the GPU, but all the rest aswell. Are there any loose cables maybe?

Also make sure to check the cables next to the CPU. The running fans might give you the Illusion of the Computer running when it's actually not.

Another thing you could try is to remove all power, hold the power-on-button for 30+ seconds and then plug power in again.

Do you have display on the boot? (then re-Install your OS) if so does the display show Windows Boot screen (relentless) spinning Dial, after Manufactures Devices Logo, or Boot Option Menu screen? What are the error massages if any? an if not ? If it goes from MDL screen, strait to Black screen? Then your Windows partition, or Windows OS has probably ben corrupted an with no restore options? You will need to re-Install the OS, an then said VGA Driver installation, Even if you get the Windows Spinning Dial that shows Windows is loading, Then goes to Black screen, means Windows has loaded a corrupted VGA Driver or Video Drivers, an does not recognize its VGA Card or on board Video Device ! (an does not know or recognize its done so) An Indeed thinks its showing you the Desktop, you can try to load in safe mode but you got no screen to do this. so sorry to say Re-Installing your OS an update all drivers after installing Windows, NOTICE Please be sure to set a restore point an or Backup, before loading any updated drivers that windows didn't update or load all-ready, If you have no display at all check all connections an or cables, try another monitor or Device on this said monitor, Like Always, Good Luck
PS Good Luck
