Pc boots up but no video display

I've done the whole troubleshooting process described by the sticky to no avail. And I currently have it breadboarded. Still, no video display. I've tried 3 different, 1 brand new, motherboard speaker for beep codes and none of them made any sound. My specs are: mobo: asus z170 pro gaming. Gpu: gigabyte 1070 xtreme gaming. Cpu: intel i5-6600k. Ram: corsair vengeance 32 gigs (2x16). Psu: evga supernova nex650g 80+ gold certified. And a Toshiba x300 5tb hdd.

Try starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed. See if any beeps.

I tried it already. Nothing happens at all. I'm thinking it's a bad mobo, but it, as far as I can tell, runs fine aside from no display.

Remove the GPU and see if onboard works

Then I'd RMA both board and CPU.

Already did. Went breadboard, just psu and cpu on mobo, and it gives nothing. Tried different monitors different cords. Still nothing

How long would that take? As I've heard asus has problems with rma.

It depends. Try contacting the retailer firstly, if newly bought components.
