it always gives me two choices go to bios or choose a boot drive. if i choose a boot drive it will will give me the reboot and select the correct drive message thing. but if boot up my pc and dont do anything it will just skip those options and go to windows and run fine.

Do you have any other drives attached.?
If other drives are not recognized in Bios then Windows would not fix that.

With only the SSD connected, does the system boot OK without issue.? Your explanation seems that it does.
If you have other drives, Check CSM (Compatibility Support Module) is either on Auto or enabled for Legacy support).

i have an ssd and a regular hard drive they both show up and it boots just fine it just doesnt give me the normal msi loading logo when i boot my pc it gives me those to options. and i will try what you just said

Bios has the ability to select various Boot options and one is fast boot. I am not familiar with your Bios Boot choices however, I do feel your issue is Bios related and in some cases a bios flash to the latest version is a fix.

Download the Bios file to a empty USB pen drive.
Your latest Bios is 7A34vA7 available here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350-PC-MATE#down-bios
There is also a Youtube vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRyFMf0D9Lc

Now go into your Bios and use the M-Flash utility.
When in Bios, Insert the USB flash drive that contains the Bios file.
Select the M-FLASH tab and click on "Yes" to reboot and that will enter flash
mode.
Select the BIOS file to perform the flash. It should then update and it will take a while and automatically reboot.
Don't turn your system off during Flash procedure.
