I don't really know why this happen, but it randomly started happening yesterday when I got home from 1 week trip.
The PC powers on, then off again, then on for a litle longer and off again. After that it turn on again and stays that way, displaying the startup screen on my primary monitor for a second before output ends and is only displayed on my monitor that has an HDMI to the onboard GPU. The DP and HDMI output from the discrete GPU return at the login screen. Also my average FPS in several games have lowered by 30-50%, but I don't know if that is the same problem.
I have checked the cables and taken the card out of the slot and put it back in already, but that is as far as I know my way around hardware. None of the Mainboard error lights are on either, so I'm completely lost here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Specs:
Intel i7-8700K not OC
Asus ROG Strix z-390 F
Zotac GeForce RTX 2080 Ti
Corsair (dont know the exact RAM) 2x16GB 3200 MHz
