Question Pc bot turning on

Ok, today when I changed parts in my pc, changed i7 6700k with Mobo to a i7 7820X with mobo, everything was in daily use so I knew it worked. When I was done I hit the power button and no post. I turned it off and back on again, nothing happened. So I took it to my other pc room and tried with another monitor. Now the pc goes on in 0.5 seconds and turns off. All the rugby lights flash up and I have tried with different psu and ram. Nothing helps. Can someone please help? I air dusted all the components after it didn’t boot but that’s not the case either. But its not booting, so cannot Get to bios. The pc shuts off arter 0.5 seconds
