Hello there,

I am planning on upgrading my PSU because I have FPS drops when playing games. I'm not sure if my PSU is the problem or something else.

GPU: Nvidia Asus 1060 Turbo 6GB
CPU: intel I5-6500
PSU: Corsair VS450
RAM: DDR4 4x4GB
Motherboard: Asrock h170m pro 4s
Storage: SSD 120 GB, HDD 1 TB

Thanks in advance.

Solution
-PSU dont cause FPS drops, you system would reboot, some case fans would just spin slow or would spin, HDD would work these sort of things happen when you having issues with PSU.
-FPS are not in anyway related to PSU. they are pumped out by your GPU and GPU alone. a game only needs 4c/4T if you have that rest of the work is done by the GPU

-FPS do drop even if you have the best possible rig thats how games are especially online multiplayer games, just tweet some settings and see how it goes
