Pc breaks overnight? What happened?

My PC specs are Gtx 1050ti, Intel Pentium G4560, 8GB DDR4 Ram, and a WDB 1TB HDD. I have No idea what could be wrong with my pc, It's under a year old and Its always been able to have multiple tabs open with discord and a Steam game. Now all of the sudden overnight I can't play any games without crashing or freezing after 10 seconds. The errors say something about Memory? I did mutiple test on all of my Specs like Ram and Hard drive, all coming back good. I was told it could be an OS problem and then I re-installed windows and the problem still persist. What is could be wrong?

Have you scanned for malware and viruses?

My drivers are up to date, I scanned for malware via windows defender and malware bytes, I have a 500 watt PSU EVGA. Nothing happened the night before, I was finishing up playing ark after a long session (9 Hours) Then I put my computer to shutdown, no windows update and bam! next day my computer became a horrible.

What are your cpu and gpu temps at idle and under load?

I had cam set up and my gpu temps never exceeded 81C I don't know about CPU

I was playing games fine and then overnight (yesterday) When I tried to play games or open up multiple tabs, they kept crashing, I could no longer have multiple tabs open and even play easy to run games. I re-installed windows (thought that was the problem) and now that I'm reinstalling everything I noticed that everything was incredibly slow. I opened up task manager and found my Disk at 100% and capped at about 14mbs, Is that bad and if its not what could be the problem? Spec = Gtx 1050ti Intel Pentium G4560 8GB DDR4 Ram WDB 1TB HDD

when you reinstall windows its pretty normal to get 100% disk access as like if you load emails and such into it the computer does a LOT of indexing and it takes a while. I have seen this on much faster computers then what you are seeing.. and it sometimes can be a few hours on them. NORMALLY after a few hours the disk access (even though it may show 100% usage but very little mbps kinda thing should go away. IF it does not you can always check what is using the disk and see if its the indexing service or something else. you can also do a disk check to see if there is something really wrong with it. with a old HDD like that one you have (not sure how many years old or anything) it can take a lot of time if you have a lot of stuff on it.

I would also do in the (I am just assuming you have like windows 10.. I think this also worked back with win 7 and above) in the command prompt (as admin) run SFC /scannow
and see it comes back normal then also do a disk check.. and most computers have the SMART system for the HDD so you should be able to find out if the old drive is still AOK or not that way as an extra check. (go here for the commands for that) http://www.thewindowsclub.com/hard-disk-drive-health it should show you OK if you are good OR some other warning message if not.

What is indexing service? My HDD is under a year old.

I did the check using the commands given to me by Doctor Rob, Everything came back ok. I still don't know what the problem is, I'll have to wait everything out.

I played ark Survival evolved all day, so about 9 hours a day for 2 days, No problem the night before. Then Yesterday when I tried to get on I couldn't play and my game crashed telling me about low memory, I thought it was game related and kept doing steps like Uninstall and verify the integrity of game cache. Now when I play a game or have to many tabs open Chrome crashes and gives me a low memory alert. I deleted many background apps and even checked task manager Memory usage, it's always below 25% and now I feel like crying and really discouraged. What could be the problem with my pc? My discord always crashes now and I could only play games like Roblox with no tabs open.

No idea . But if its possible for you to reinstall the window, try it

First check that installed RAM amount is being reported correctly in BIOS & Windows (eg a 4GB stick may be faulty).

Test RAM with memtest86 (each stick tested separately).

I used Windows Memory Diagnostic and it said my Ram is 100% fine. I checked the Hardrive with Crystal Disk info. Anyone able to help, please?

I checked and all fans are running.

I reinstalled windows and when I was trying to install all my stuff again I noticed that my disk speed capped at 100% 14MBS, I'm pretty sure that is really slow.

Knowing your cpu temps is useful info. You can use an app like hwmonitor to determine this info.

If it says something about memory then try to diagnose there first. Try with one stick of ram in each slot.

I used windows memory diagnostic and other commands online and all came back good. I went to my pc specs and the ram was still be counted.
