PC broke?

So my PC started acting up recently and I decided to give it a fresh system treatment. After I installed the new system my PC started shutting down suddenly and sometimes not even wanting to turn on and would just give me a long beep. I re did the system once again and it continued to happen. Any idea on what this might be? Here's the Video
