So today my PC BSOD'd and I went to turn it back on and all worked fine. then a bit later it shut off again by itself and then when i started it, it just kept shutting off and turning on repeatedly like every 3 seconds. only when i titled my PC forward to check wires in the back did it boot to a window that said something along the lines of "settings have been restored to default values. Overclock failed, restoring to default values." then i had 3 options. F1 to run setup. F2 to restore default values. and Alt+L to load with current values. Pressing any of these options on my wireless keyboard did nothing and i was stuck on that screen. So i assumed this was a hardware problem given on how i got to that part. So i brought my PC over to a table and took a look inside. I started swapping out RAM sticks, SSD's/HDD's, and attempting to troubleshoot overall with my hardware. But things got even worse and now it turns on for a few seconds, then turns off and then back on and nothing appears on the screen anymore. And that is where I am currently at. I have no idea what to do from here.

Solution
That tilt is interesting - may indicate something loose inside but may have also been coincidental. Unless you can consistently repeat boot up by tilting then it was just coincidental.

Other ideas for you:

Possibly overheating. How old is the PC? Has it been cleaned and had new thermal paste applied?

Wondering about the PSU. Wattage probably okay but what about PSU age and condition? May be failing in some manner and no longer able to steadily provide proper voltage(s).

Are you able to boot into Safe mode? Try new batteries in the wireless keyboard and/or use a wired keyboard. CMOS battery - may need replacement.

Do be methodical with your troubleshooting. Focus on one thing/component at a time. Be sure that all...

Try components in another known working system. If possible swap in known working components - does not need to be a permanent swap. Objective is to just prove that any given component is or is not working.

Solution
Thanks for your input. It seem be that due to the nature of the problem, and after testing most of my components, that it is a motherboard issue. I'm 90% sure about this. The issue is that no one sells Z97 motherboards anymore, at least for a reasonable price
