My pc has been crashing and restarting into bios and bsod and restarting into bios. This doesn’t happen that often it occurred a couple days after I built it about 2 months back. Than a week to 3 weeks later it happens again the day after it happens again. Keep in minds all these are bsods uncorrectable error. than a month after around early may to late March it just crashed and restarted no bsod. And a couple days later when the screen froze or changed to this View: https://imgur.com/gallery/K15189D

Keep on mind all bsods and crashes the screen froze and had this weird sound.

here’s what we did so far
update all drivers
DDU
UPDATE bios
Repaired hard drive
Ran sfc scan
Turned of all oc

Temps are perfectly fine.
Here’s when the crashes occur

playing games
And odd enough when I’m afk not doing anything on Home Screen. it bsod when I’m afk

but when gaming it freezes changes to the odd color and restarts.

here are specs

ryzen 7 3700x
rtx 3090
Msi b550 tomahwka
Trident z royal 32gb 3600
Corsair rm1000x gold

once again temps are normal crashing occurs both in and out of games. When afk it bsods and restarts. In games specifically valorant it changes color to this View: https://imgur.com/gallery/K15189D
.

all error viewed in readibillity say windows was not properly shut down.

thank you for the help.

i would try a fresh win 10 install if you haven't already as it seems you have already tried many troubleshooting steps that I would have gone through as well. if that doesn't work you'll probably have to start isolating the hardware by testing individually if possible to see where the issue is coming from. I'd start by trying another GPU in your system or your GPU in another system if at all possible

before clean install we can at least look at dumps. whea dumps hardly show anything but you never know.

clean install unlikely to fix WHEA error. its a hardware error, need to figure out what is going bad

Prime 95 how to Guide: http://www.playtool.com/pages/prime95/prime95.html

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

what storage do you have? make/model of drives?
