Hi guys. I am about to build a PC with my friend(first time ever) and I wanted to know if someone could link me to a good build.

I am okay with AMD APUs, but would prefer dedicated graphics. I also already have my RAM(DDR3) and HDD, so no need to include that. Thanks!

Not possible unless you have a retail license for Windows. replacing the motherboard (on anything other than Win 10 1607 with MS account) requires a new license if you're using an OEM license, and Win 10 Home currently costs ~$90.
