Looks good. Where do you live and what is your budget? I could maybe build you a better one.

I would scrap the cooler, use the stock cooler, put $20 more towards getting the i3 4150. That would be my only suggestion.

With girdwood 100% - pentium is a silly choice nowadays.

Although I'm wondering why your putting a mitx board in a matx mid tower case & spending an extra $15 on a case fan vwhich is not needed.
