A little over 600 because you need a better GPU for what your requirements are. The one i included is the best bang/buck.
Also, teh CX series of PSUs from Corsair are of poor quality and to be avoided.
Why Intel? Because there is no way to recommend investing in that old and dead AM3+ platform.
The i3 will only lose in some few cases to teh 6300, but outshine it most on the time.
And you get a newer platform wiht the possiblitiy of putting an i5 in it in a couple of years when needed.
