I need a computer that can run
overwatch medium to high settings at 60 fps
minecraft 16 render distance max settings 60 fps
cs go max settings 60 fps
gta v low settings 50 fps

My budget is $600 CAD

Please help me with a build i had one in mind does this work

A little over 600 because you need a better GPU for what your requirements are. The one i included is the best bang/buck.
Also, teh CX series of PSUs from Corsair are of poor quality and to be avoided.
Why Intel? Because there is no way to recommend investing in that old and dead AM3+ platform.
The i3 will only lose in some few cases to teh 6300, but outshine it most on the time.
And you get a newer platform wiht the possiblitiy of putting an i5 in it in a couple of years when needed.

wait i have one last question a youtuber said that pc would work fine with a 270 and it was around $550

The card i put in the build is also better price/perf..

AUCTALLY yes I understand but I'm gonna just go with a 960 but with the fc 6300 I don't plan on any upgrades

The i3 is a superior processor across the board for gaming, so even if don't plan on any updates, it's still a better choice.
