Could anyone give some feedback on choices and potential improvements? I have not kept up very well with developments within the last couple of years and am a bit out of touch.
Budget is around £650, the main thing that tempts me is a SSD something like this - http://www.dabs.com/products/sandisk-240gb-extreme-sata-6gb-s-2-5--solid-state-drive-80C1.html?src=3
Also for the graphics this caught my eye - http://www.amazon.co.uk/660Ti-GeForce-Nvidia-Graphics-PCI-E/dp/B008YRUGCI/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1356708700&sr=1-2 - potentially saving me ~£30
Usage:
- Battlefield 3
- Arma 2 - 3
- ?Dayz Standalone
- Ubuntu 12.10
- Occasional video transcoding
