Hello,
i would appreciate if you guys could help me build a PC for gaming and surfing the web. Thx in advance. (I'm a total noob in this subject i don't really know anything about building a good PC)

Your Monitor Resolution: I don't really know, i will be using a 32 inch TV and it usually is 1080p

Additional Comments: Hm, better if it includes WiFi card and everything that's useful.

 
-Samsung SSD are good and reliable.
-H100i so you don't have a huge heat-sink hanging off board. This will let you overclock to 4.5ghz easily too.

-HDD Games and Data
-You can choose another case, they are a personal preference
-Seasonic power supplies are top notch
-If you want to render/encode you will want an i7.
