Hey guys, i'm in the process of building a new computer and i need yalls opinion on the parts i got and the comparability. so here my set up.

Monitor- Acer H236HL bid 23-Inch Widescreen LCD Monitor

CPU- Intel Core i5-4460 LGA 1150 CPU - BX80646I54460

Motherboard- Gigabyte LGA 1150 Intel H97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX DDR3 1600 Motherboards G1.SNIPER H6

Like i said i need to know if all of this is compatibly and if i need to make any changes. Trying to stay under $1000. Thanks.

It is compatible, but avoid the Corsair CX(poor capacitors) and it is normally overpriced anyway, plus 750w is overkill.

If you don't want to OC drop the cpu down to a 4460 and you should have enough to add a 120Gb SSD.

ok, any of these would do. I'm not a hardcore gamer. I'm looking for something that will display really good graphics. Like im looking into a really good 3rd gen gaming system or something 4th gen but around $1000. I dont know to too much about computers but i want something to run games like, Skyrim, maybe not on highest setting, GTA, but primarily shooter games. would the suggestions that you guys gave me fit my criteria. Also do i need something this fancy or should i shoot for something like i said 3rd gen?
