I am soon to be upgrading my pc. I only need to upgrade the motherboard, CPU, GPU and Memory (possibly psu as well). My budget is 250 to 300 euros ( or about $320-400, 215-260 pounds). It will be mainly used for some light gaming such as simcity 5, surfing the web and watching videos.
I was hoping to get a amd phenom ii x4 965 be, is that any good for gaming?
Any advice will be appreciated!
