I am going to buy my second game pc and i made a build just asking for some improvements or advice.(Its around 2300 dollar in my country)

CPU: Amd Ryzen 7 2700x 3.7GHz
CPU cooler: Corsair hydro 100i v2
RAM: G.Skill 16 Gb DDR4 3000
MoBo: MSI X370 Gaming Plus socket AM4
Power supply: Corsair RM750X(2018)
SSD(M.2): OCZ RD400 256GB
HDD: 2*Toshiba P300 1TB( for raid)
GPU: MSI GeForce 1080 Ti
Case: Thermaltake 37 view RGB

Solution
x370 is 1st gen Ryzen, but the latest batches of boards should come BIOS updated out of the box. x470 is Ryzen 2xxx ready out of the box.
If the board you have chosen is from one of the latest batches, it should come with its BIOS updated by default.
If not, your vendor can do it, so you can talk to him about that.
In the unlikely scenario of both the above options not being applicable, you can get a Ryzen Boot Kit free from AMD for updating the BIOS... https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/2Gen-Ry...

It's capable of running the 2700X, but it will have to have an up-to-date BIOS for it to acknowledge the CPU. X370 was launched with Ryzen 1.0, which is why the BIOS may need updated. You might luck out and get one that's more recently come off the production line, with newer BIOS.

Really depends on the specific application. It is known that Intel does have the edge in most games, but that is not to say that Ryzen chips don't compete. It's a virtual tie between each company's chip counterparts, unless you've got a top-of-the-line graphics card like a 1080 Ti.

Varies from from game to game but in general, 8700k is better, specially when OCed. Thats because most games still favour faster cores.
