[SOLVED] Pc build (advice)

Hello everyone,

As the title says I am in need of help with building my pc. I recently bought the 3060 rtx and was wondering what kind of cpu, psu and RAM I need to not let it bottleneck.

Thank you already for your help.

Games I want to play: ARK, COD, TOTAL WARHAMMAR 2, and alot more...

It's a good build overall but there are a couple of things I would change up.

8GB of RAM seems a little unfortunate for a build with such a strong CPU/GPU combo like this. Specially since games like CoD will require most than 8GB most of the time (I usually sit at around 10-11GB with CoD and Discord on). Having 8GB will cause stutters and affect your gaming experience. I would strongly recommend 16GB. You can benefit from Dual Channel memory by using a 2x8GB kit, which will provide more FPS.

Moreover, a speed of 2666MHz is a little bit slow in my opinion. Since this is an AMD CPU it relies on fast RAM for good performance. You are sacrificing performance here. It's recommended to opt for 3600MHz for Ryzen 3rd Gen but at the very least 3200MHz as a minimum.

You can use the money you save up from not buying the Hyper 212 Evo cooler and invest it in the RAM because the included Wraith Spire cooler that comes with the CPU is just as good.

Apart from that, everything else looks good to me. Personally since games don't benefit from NVMe-speed SSD's; I would opt for a 500GB SSD to install Windows, all your programs, software, game launchers, and then get a 1TB regular Sata III SSD to store your games in. But what you've picked is more than reasonable.

I don't know in which country you're in, but this is the build I would go for (see PSU in this list) although it would be nice to know whether the RTX 3060 Ti is included in the price or not:

Thanks for your advice, what CPU would u choose cause the AMD ryzen is a bit overpriced in my opinion (btw i live in the Netherlands) and the rtx 3060 ti is included in the price.
