PC build and case suggestions?

I have a pc build in mind which i am pretty confident about however i cant find a case that i am really happy with. Its a green and black LED theme ive got going on and want the case to matc that. Ive found some nice cases but they all seem to be missing something on my list of features.
I would be grateful if you guys could point out any improvements in my build that could be made without increasing the cost and/or recommend a case that fits the criteria or a close comparison.
Also is there any benefit to me using several 4GB ram cards over 1 or 2 8GB?

As for the ram question YES, using dual channel memory will give a boost to the ram so always insert in pairs.

With the ram not really as long as its running on dual channel all is good!! As for your system, it`s very nice and a nice system needs a nice chassis!!

Love bother the Nvidia edition cooler master and the NZXT so thanks for those. Quick question about the NZXT, do u know if it supports top mounted water cooling?
