Hi, I builded a couple pc's already and a friend of mine asked to build he's. He doesn't really know what to pick so I choosed some parts. He will mainly use it for gaming and for some programming, but really more gaming. He told me to make sure he can run atleast every game at 60fps, medium-ultra settings depending on the game (in 1080p). He's budget is around 1000 euros. This is what I've picked:

Case: Fractal design definetly s black
Motherboard: MSI Z170A PC MATE edition ddr4 socket or Asus z170-A ddr4 socket 1151 (not sure which to pick)
CPU: intel i5 6600k @3.5 GHz
RAM corsair vegeance 8gb @2666Mhz
GPU: asus strix gtx960 4gb vram edition
CPU cooler: SCYTHE Mugen 4 PCGH edition
PSU: corsair 600w cx600m builder series (is this enoug watt?)
HDD: 1tb 3.5 inch Western digital black

Should I add more fans? As the case only comes with 1. It had to be quiet too, but still be low temperatures. Does anyone have improvements/better suggestions? Would everything work or did I forget something?

I would personally go for Thermalright Macho Rev.B. It is the same price (In NL at least) - it is quieter and a bit more capable. It is 162mm tall - it should fit in the Define S. Make sure it is Rev.B or Macho X2 Limited Edition. They come with fans with a wide RPM range, so they can ramp down and be quiet when idling, like 300-1300 for Rev.B or 300-800 for he X2. Else - the Rev.A has a 900-1300 rpm fan which wont be that silent.
Asus Z170-A is the superior motherboard. Go with that one.

Do not use Corsair CX PSUs. They use Chinese capacitors and age very fast.

All in all - with that set-up - a good quality 500W PSU will be enough. Pick any Seasonic, XFX, be quiet! PSU. Rosewill Capstone, Enermax Platimax, Corsair AX, TX, HX and RM (and their i versions) but avoid CX, CM and VS. Other good PSUs are Superflower or as they are most known for - EVGA - but G2. G1 are not so great.
