Looking for a PC build that can run arma 3 with ultra/max graphics with little to no trouble at all 40+ FPS preferably with an intel processor.

Solution
8600k build will be a stretch and I don't think it is money well spent, Ryzen build is better bang for the money (after $ 50 rebates):

Solution
i'm not sure the actual game play, hardware wise, seems it pretty heavy game to run.

That case and psu are very poor quality, not suited for this budget.

the psu is fine for his need. we argue that reliability and performance thing all day long with no definitive answer.

from the functional perspective, with DIY build at this range, OS take a huge chuck of budget ($100 fixed) and can not be ignored unless OP specifies.
