i am looking for a build can run mincraft moded on max or high video setting.
-i want it to be Intal build .
-i am willing to spend ( 650$)ish
-i dont really care about sli

Since your budget is around $650, here is a $600 build which is overkill for minecraft but can also run gta V and witcher 3 at 1080p.

ok . but what if
i pick msi gtx gtx960 4gb is it compitabl with the motherboard and is it better that r9 280

and what about the power supply it is just 20$
i am afraid that it gooing to fallen and take some other things with it .. shouldn't i get better one

not just mincraft
there is huge different .
