Hello, im planning on building a new PC when nvidia releases gtx1070. It will mostly be used for gaming. Please check my pc parts compatibility (since i dont 100% trust pcbuilder.com comp check) or give any advice/comments on the parts i picked.

All parts picked based on price and customer reviews on amazon/pcpartpicker/other websites and forums and trying not to pay for what i dont need.

Motherboard: MSI Z170 A Pro
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0152T1FQG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_8?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
Not expensive and has all i need (i wont be overclocking).
Although WiFi addition would be nice but ill just add it seperatly into PCI Express slot...
And ill be using HyperX cloud 2 headset which has its own usb sound card so its not important in mobo as well (even though this mobo has a good sound card ... )

CPU: Intel i5 Quad-Core i5-6600 3.3GHz
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0136JONRM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
I didn't go for 6600k since i dont want to buy aftermarket cooler and overclock it.

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2400Mhz
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00S51XHUQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
16GB might be a bit too much for gaming but from some research i did it seems that in some games it adds up to 10fps and its not too expensive.

PSU: Corsair CP-9020097-UK VS550 ATX/EPS Vs Series
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00TE4XSMA/ref=ox_sc_act_title_14?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
It seems that gtx1070 wont be very power hungry so 550W should be enough (pls tell me if im wrong)
UK power outlet since im in UK.
Modular would be better but i can live without it.
It has very good reviews and recommendations.

Now the part where i have the most questions:

Storage for OS: SanDisk SD8SNAT-256G-1122 Z400S M.2 2280 256 GB Solid State Drive
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00Z1OJI5I/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
1st of all is it compatible with my mobo? pc builder says it will disable 2 SATA 6GB/s ports. but mobo has 6 SATA III ports and i only need 1 more for HDD. (SATA III is SATA 6GB/s right?)
And is it worth getting instead of SATA SSD? The price is almost the same and m.2 should outperform SATA SSD...

CASE: Corsair CC-9011077-WW Carbide Series 100R Silent Mid-Tower ATX Computer Case - Black

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00RORBQSW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_12?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

Its a cheap silent case. im not sure if getting silent case is good idea for gaming since it will have a bit worse air flow but i live in a quite small room and i dont want pc to be loud since i might be downloading stuff over night quite often. Plus i dont want to spend much on the case since it doesn't influence performance.

The rest of the build:
GTX1070
TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 N900 Wireless Dual Band PCI Express Adapter
Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB SATA lll Desktop SATA Drive - Blue
