I wanted to get this out of my head, and also are these PC Builds good? Or Trash?

PC #1: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cqK7cb -Outdated

PC#2: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bcFymr -Outdated

Again the one concern is installing the AIO, never done one of those, was/still nervous about that...

Also what's the difference with Western Digital's SN850X vs Samsung's 980 Pro? Is there any?

Oh one other thing, are Pre-Built Gaming PCs (Corsair) worth getting or should I just go straight to building those PCs linked above? The reason I bring that up is.... I DO NOT have a Micro-Center within reasonable distance, which sucks... [Welcome to Seattle, a Tech City that has no Micro-Center, WHY??]. The closest thing I got is BestBuy, they might not have all of what I could need for PC Build,

Then I saw that Corsair i7400 PC (Pre-Built) with the 13700k + RTX 4080 on Corsair's & Best Buy [Worth it? I'm 50/50] (closest thing to a Micro-Center) websites and thought I could get that and upgrade it when money becomes available, But that defeats my original point, I still want those builds... Gah, so undecided/undeceive......

Either of them are good though you didn't mention the budget for your build, in which case both are near $3,000. Why aren't you adding a secondary drive/storage to the higher priced build?

As long as you follow through the manual for the AIO, you should be fine. Building a PC with off-the-shelf parts ensures you know what goes into the build.

If you dont mind figuring out the addressable rgb with a third party software like SignalRGB or Open RGB, this saves you some cash:

Look for 70A and more in VRM caps of the mobo.

6000mhz CL 32 fast rams

ATX 3.0 PSU with 16 pin connectors

cases with good airflow, ARGB fans and front panel type C.

backup black build:

In my Defense, All white Motherboards are kinda a unicorn to find/buy for me (Often waayy to overpriced) Since I don't have any kind of micro-center (best I got is Bestbuy, Not great)

I really do/want more VRAM in the GPU, Could an RTX 3090 + 1000W PSU work? or stick with what I got?

^ you are right about the overpriced part.

Have a look at the 2nd hand ebay listing and decied for yourself.

if you dont mind AMD, the 7900X3D for high core count or even the 7800X3D with a MSI edge B650 for white and tomahawk for black would do nicely.
