Pc build crash

My new pc build Kees crashing , keyboard and monitor shut down and the of seems to be running still , I have to reset for it to do anything . What could this be ?

Basically anything, but it may be the motherboard, the GPU if you have one or the PSU. It's difficult to help if you don't provide details about your system (all hardware and OS version).
