PC build doubts CPU PSU FAN

So im thinking of buying a new gaming pc by parts and this is the pc i came up with:

CASE: kolink microATX aviator M 1 front fan 1 rear fan (top fan optional). Shuld i buy another fan to go on top, cuz then i was thiking f12 silent.
MOBO: asus prime b450M-a
GPU: asus rog stric radeon oc gaming 4gb gddr5 (super good promotion 173$ and gives 2 games i can sell to drop price of pc by 136$, so basicly byuing the GPU for 37$.Games are sellable i believe DMC5 or new resident Evil or Tom Clancy's Division 2)
RAM: gskill ripjaws V ddr4 3000 MHz 2x8 Gbs CL16
SDD: kingston a400 120 gb tlc sata
HDD: 1TB seagate barracuda 7200 rpm 64 mb sata III

Now undecided between getting a ryzen 3 2200g (113,35$) and later upgrade or go for ryzen 5 2600 cuz its offering Tom Clancy's Division 2 and since i dont want it, if i sell, i efectivelly drop that price on the cpu so it would cost 124,69$.
Prob going with ryzen 5 for jsut more 12$.
Now my major doubt and the thing i dont really understand nothing about is the models of the PSU's.

i was recommenmded:

1. COOLER MASTER MASTERWATT LITE 600W (cant find any reviews to know if good)
2. Nox Hummer X Semi Modular 80+ Plus Bronze x600W (not sure if NOX is good on PSU)
3. a EVGA one, but i can't tell which EVGA model would fit here, plus EVGA kinda overpriced a bit atm here.

So total cost atm going ryzen 5 2600, assuming i sell the games to cut expenses, but without the fan and the PSU is 476,65$.
Would love to keep the build under 567$ if possible wich is 500€, if possible ty.

IF you guys could please help me thx :D

Get a cheap Ryzen (3) for now and upgrade to the 2600s successor (=(3600?) when the Zen2 CPUs are released in June/July.

EVGA is one of the best PSU manufacturers so its worth the extra money to have the piece of mind. Especially if you are going to run a powerful CPU in the future, and it will give you room to upgrade your GPU.

Go for a 550w/600w Bronze.

Hi, ty for the help, but the thing is the ryzen 3 2200G is only 10 dollars diference if i can sell both the games, so not worth right?

Plus which one of these two EVGA's?

EVGA 600W 600B 80PLUS Bronze - 100-B1-0600-K2

EVGA BR 600W 80 Plus Bronze - 100-BR-0600-K2

Whats the diffrence between BR and B1 , i dont know and price very similar, ty

They are version markers, so B1 is the earlier of those 2.

I dont know what EVGA change, nothing worth worrying about.

Actually, they are NOT version markers. There are totally different series, and neither of them is much good. The only EVGA models worth considering are the GQ, G2, G3, P2 and T2 units. The rest are either mediocre with low warranties or just plain low quality all around.
